Okay so I will say my first attempt at this smell animation thing was quite pathetic, having three triangles move in an arc fashion just seemed very lazy, so I did another. Original Animation  This newer animation not only looks a lot nicer than the original but has real nice flow to it. It is inspired by the smell of mint, quick, sharp, but takes time to build up. New Animation  Then there was taste, I decided to go with Cola because I though it might be fun to do, having a strong prominent flavor that if left for long enough will bubble away. New'er Animation I will be adding to this animation when I get the chance so stay tuned.

Here is my Like-For-Like as a video created in Adobe Premier Pro, I have never used this program before but it seems like a much easier version of After Effects. Having tools created for video editing rather than video effects could be useful in future project but I am not sure yet, I would need to play around with this a bit more in order to learn the program.

IDEA 1: Allegro A stuntman known as ‘Jon Bruise’ is the world best stuntman, renowned for his incredible skills, speed and power. He also happens to be an amazing musician as well, he has performed a major stunt in every film he has been in with a instrument. He has performed with the Electric Guitar, Bongos, Flute, Maracas, Fiddle and an entire drum set, all made up by him! He is getting older however and the film he is in now will be his last as he is retiring, so because its his last film he needs to have a amazing send off. Unfortunately however he is given an instrument this time that could be very challenging, a piano. Its not something he can carry nor throw, in this film he is also in he is confronted by his producer and is told it if cannot do this stunt they will hire a double to do it, that double being Jon’s evil twin.   In this video are all of the Maya tutorials that we have been asked to do for "Pre-Visualization". Using the tools provided I now have a number of skills prior to before, the most significant one being the graph editor. Its a little complex but if you know how it works then it is your best friend. I used to use 'S' to key frame all of my animations and then be very confused by many, many, many line on my screen. Now that I can key frame just one trait this should make life a whole load easier.   I just want to take a second to thank Alan for putting these tutorials together, I have used Maya for three years as well as video editing software so I would not want to know how long these tutorials take to make or the immense amount of effort required to make them.   So yeah, Thanks Alan!

Here is my first attempt on Adobe Audition, could use a lot of work but it is a start. Hopefully I will have improved by the time I need to do my three sound files.

  This is my 'Like for Like' storyboard for when stitch figures out how to outsmart the prison guns. Doing this really makes you think how much time goes into films, but also how you translate this design and make it into a film without messing up the art style. If I get time I will try and update this of possible.
